This serves as official notice that The Victoria Alliance Church Board has called a Special General Meeting to be held on Sunday, May 16, 4pm on Zoom. The agenda for this SGM will be to address two specific issues: a special election, and a special resolution.
The Board places before you Cathy Stone's name for re-election to the Board of Elders (her 2nd term).
That approval be given to complete the purchase agreement for 2810 Queenston Street, drawing funds currently invested for our Capital Fund.
Prepared for you are addendums to address each of these agenda items. You are strongly urged to make yourself aware of the nature of these items, and to make arrangements to attend the SGM. Registration for the SGM is required and can be completed here or by making arrangements by phoning the church office.
