**Members Looking for the Registration Link** If you have not received an email with the registration link for the Annual General Meeting via Zoom, please contact Bekah at the Office.
Victoria Alliance Church will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Sunday May 31, 2020 using the platform Zoom.
If you are a Member, you will receive an invitation via e-mail or phone call to the Zoom event by Sun May 24. If you have not received an invitation after this date, please contact the office.
Due to the restrictions of Zoom, only members who are able to participate via video will be able to vote. We regret that we are unable to accommodate voting for those members who will join via phone. We are grateful to be able to provide participation in some way for those who do not have internet access.
Please plan to participate in our AGM Zoom Orientation on Wed May 27 for an overview on how the meeting will work, and for support getting on and using Zoom. CLICK HERE to register for the AGM Zoom Orientation.
Our Victoria Alliance Family is invited to view the meeting live via YouTube. There will be a chat feature there for you to say hello to everyone, but is for social purposes only. CLICK HERE for the YouTube Livestream Link, which will begin shortly after 4pm on Sun May 31.
